    I am so happy I took this course!Kirtin P.

“Every session that I had with Gopal helped me to improve my communication and feel comfortable while presenting myself in public. When I started the classes, I was not able to communicate properly and lacked confidence but while attending these sessions I learned and implemented ways in which I can improve, tools that will serve me for the rest of my life. Also, the thing that I loved the most about this course is how Gopal illustrates his unique perspective playfully. The sessions were fantastic and I would suggest that everyone enroll for Gopal’s courses."

Great way to escape from the real world Taniya S.

"I’m absolutely thankful to Gopal and GISB for introducing me to new interactive ways to learn new skills while having fun. One word story was my favourite game in addition to the activity where we had to escape a dangerous situation. These games helped me to interact with my classmates on a personal level. I really liked the chilled vibe of the sessions, it did not feel like a formal workshop at all but more like a group of few friends coming together and having fun. Personally each and every person should attend his session at least once. And during such a stressful time, the sessions are to-die-for!“

It was highly positive Megha P.

"It was an experience to be able to feel accepted and not judged. What I loved was how it made us draw attention to very important things in school life like observe first and then arrive at a story. I love the way you were channelising the energy towards common goal, without using much words. This was the best non-verbal workshop I have ever attended!“

    Who am I

    Gopal Midha, PhD

A banker for 8 years, I decided to become a teacher in 2006. Since then, I have designed education policy for the Indian government, researched schools in the US, published in journals and strengthened leaders using theatre games. I have developed these workshops using my training in theatre and my PhD from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, US.

For larger groups, I conduct these workshops with members from the Hamner theatre group. I offer the in-person workshops in Goa and, depending on duration and financials, in Mumbai.
